Refund policy

At Pausbar, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of disposable vape devices, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

If your device arrives damaged or isn’t functioning properly, please reach out to us at info@pausbar.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. We’ll review the situation and, if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as flavor preference, vapor feel, or accidental damage caused after delivery.
